Exhibitor Information 2010
2010 entries are now closed. Check back next
year for 2011!
Eligibility
All work must be of original concept by the exhibitor and the artist
must be present at the art fair. Mass produced, commercial or imported
products, copies, kits, molded or prefabricated work will not be
allowed.
No sales reps or agents will be
permitted.
Only accepted juried media by the
artist can be sold. The art fair committee has the right to remove
items not juried into the fair.
Space Allocation
Each booth space is at least 10’ x 10’ although due to the fact that
this fair is in a park with many trees, some booths may have very
uneven ground with tree roots. Please come prepared to contend with
this. If your display must have level ground please indicate on your
application. Due to tree branches some booths may not have full space
for canopy height.
The committee will make every effort to
satisfy special space requests but does not guarantee that all
requests will be fulfilled. No more than one booth per applicant is
available.
Unloading and loading of vehicles will
be allowed in the park area but all exhibitor vehicles will be
required to move to a nearby location. Handicap parking accommodations
are provided, please request in advance.
Jury Submissions
We are only accepting digital images this year. Please submit your
images in a CD format. Many photo houses and copy shops will transfer
your images to a CD for you. Some also have slide scanners as well, so
they able to take your slides and put them on a CD.
